Passengers with reduced mobility, VIP, special assistance
INDIVIDUALS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS
Persons with impaired vision or hearing have the advantage while checking-in. Our staff in front of the check-in desk will help you while waiting on your registration. Escort to the Welcome service and a hostess are there at your disposition.
Individuals with mobility problems have the advantage while checking-in. For them an escort service to the gate is provided for. At the gate they’ll be boarded in a liftomobil and transported into the aircraft.
DISABLED ACCESS AT ZAGREB AIRPORT
Assistance is provided at Zagreb airport for disabled passengers. Please contact your airline directly with any special request for disabled access. The airline will then liaise with Zagreb airport on your behalf. Disabled equipment available includes a Liftmobile for aircraft boarding. Any request for disabled assistance must be pre-booked in advance and cannot be provided upon arrival/departure.
UNACCOMPANIED CHILDREN
An escort service, as well as the Welcome service to the aircraft is provided for unaccompanied children. For detailed information on infants you should contact your travel agent or airline.
MOTHER & CHILD
Mother & Child's facility is located in domestic area, and the other is located in the transit area of the Passenger Terminal Building.
