Zagreb Airport reached conditions for second provider of ground handling and self-handling.
Back Ground handling is regulated by the Air Traffic Law (OG No. 69/2009), the Ordinance on Ground Handling Services (OG No. 39/2010) and the CAA's Air Safety Order.
Airlines are free to provide self-handling in accordance with the requirements set out in the mentioned legislation.
Ground handling providers may request from the CAA approval to provide ground handling services in accordance with the mentioned legislation on following web pages http://www.ccaa.hr/
